The Chocolate Academy is a Barry Callebaut training school for professionals. Every year, they offer a wide variety of courses for professionals of the chocolate and pastry sectors. In 2012, we received the assignment to create the design of such a special catalogue.

 

The catalogue, purely informative and focused exclusively to professionals, is edited biannually and shows in a very visual way the different courses taught, detailing the most elementary information in a very attractive way. During the last 4 years when this design has been used, we got a collection of catalogues in which the predominance of images and changing colors attract the attention of the reader.
